Book London Hotels

The neighbourhood of Victoria is filled with tourists, largely due to the areas excellent connections to the rest of the UK as well as to the city itself. (Victoria is home to London's largest Coach station.) As you move towards Knightsbridge however the streets get ritzier and prices go sky high. Although prices are prohibitive, window shopping in Knightsbridge is nearly as much fun. Attractions in the area include Buckingham Palace and Harrods.

Connections: One of the major reasons for Victoria's popularity with tourists is because of the ease that you are able to connect your self with the rest of the UK via the coach and train stations. Victoria train station has a direct rail link, 'The Heathrow Express' arriving every 15 minutes from the airport. With buses a good number to remember is 15, this will take you round the major tourist attractions at a much cheaper price than an official sight seeing tour!
