SUMMARY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This is a summary of the main points of the Web-Hotels Affiliates Programme. Please read them before you apply, we also recommend that you read the complete agreement.

1. Web-Hotels pays 0.060 pounds sterling for each valid click through. A valid click through is defined as a referred web user who is interested in the services offered by Web-Hotels, i.e. in hotel accommodation, flights or car rental.

2. Web-Hotels undertakes to help in setting up links between the affiliates web site and web-hotels.com correctly by way of on-line instructions and help.

3. Web-Hotels provides an affiliate with a unique ID used for linking and tracking purposes. More details on linking are given in the How to Link to Web-Hotels section.

4. Web-Hotels undertakes to monitor accesses from an affiliates web site and process the data on a regular basis. An affiliate is able to monitor up to date statistics at all times and will also receive regular reports via email.

5. Web-Hotels will account for and pay commissions worth over 10 pounds sterling on a quarterly basis. Any commission below this amount is rolled over to the affiliates account for the following quarter.
